Strengthscope can be applied at 3 levels:

1. Individual – identify what makes you truly unique through your innate strengths and how to optimise those to achieve exceptional results. You will receive a personalised report and coaching support.

2. Team – develop your team through identifying and exploring their clear strengths. Team habits can also be added to understand which habits are productive. Individual and team reports are available. You will be supported with team coaching.

3. Leader – identify your unique strengths and understand how these can be optimised to improve leadership effectiveness and mitigate performance risks (including weaker areas and overdrive strengths). Understand the impact of these on work performance and how these can be reduced. Working together, we would create your report, analyse it together and then support your development with a series of coaching sessions.
